B.A.M. Photo Policy

This policy is set forth for ALL events hosted or sponsored by Black Atlanta Munch group.

No photos are allowed by persons who are unauthorized to take pictures at a B.A.M. event. Therefore, no individual will utilize:

  • A camera
  • A camera cellphone
  • Video recorders
  • Any other image/photo taking device (Tablet, iPad, webcam, etc.)

An authorized and official photographer of the Black Atlanta Munch events will be assigned. Attendees will be informed ahead of time and faces eliminated for those who do not desired to be capture. More often, photos will not be taken.

Individuals engaged in taking photos of scenes or other individuals SHALL immediately delete photos under the direction of a B.A.M. Rep; will be subject to having their device or devices confiscated; and will be removed immediately from said event or banned from participating in the Black Atlanta Munch group . An unauthorized individual taking photos of others is done without the permission or consent of the B.A.M. Reps, and without the permission or consent of others; period.

Taking photos is a violation of an individual’s (or individuals’) privacy, confidentiality, and their consent. B.A.M. stands by its goal to maintain privacy, discretion, and confidentiality of those attending any or all of B.A.M.’s hosted or sponsored events.
